28 variants will be seen in the upcoming Hyundai Creta 2024 in the market. Hyundai has completely redesigned its best-selling SUV inside and out, so that it looks more muscular and feels more premium inside. Design modifications include an all-LED lighting setup, chunkier bumpers and a redesigned grille. Inside, its dashboard layout has been completely redesigned and its new highlight is the integrated dual digital display.
Hyundai Creta will go on sale on January 16, with prices expected to begin from Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom). Ahead of its debut later this month, Hyundai has started bookings for the 2024 Creta facelift. Interested buyers can book the facelifted Creta at any Hyundai dealership across India or by visiting the company’s official India website with a starting booking amount of Rs 25,000.
The updated Creta gets a new square grille, full-width LED DRL, updated LED headlights and connected LED taillights. Inside, it features a new dashboard design with dual integrated displays for infotainment and digital driver display. Hyundai will offer the updated Creta with a new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine.
Hyundai Creta 2024 Interior
Hyundai Creta is taking a slightly minimalistic approach with its dashboard design this time. It has dual 10.25-inch screens, and the touchscreen infotainment system is expected to run on a new user interface, while there will now be a new digital instrument cluster that is borrowed from the Alcazar.
The center console has also been redesigned. While the center stage is taken by the infotainment system, just below it is a new climate control system that sits on a touch control panel which some people will not like. The gear lever has also been redesigned and so has the storage space. It has thin AC vents which are located between the infotainment and climate control system. The Hyundai Creta facelift will continue to come with backlit switches, a four-spoke steering wheel, center armrest, dual-tone theme for the cabin and ambient lighting.

Hyundai Creta 2024 Specs and Safety
The upcoming Creta will be available with three engine options. The base model will retain the 1.5-litre MPI petrol engine, and the 1.5-litre U2 CRDI diesel engine will also be part of the lineup. However, the previous 1.4-litre turbo GDI petrol engine will be replaced by the 1.5-litre unit already present in the Verna. Transmission options will include 6-speed manual, IVT, 7-speed DCT and 6-speed automatic.
As mentioned earlier, the Hyundai Creta facelift is expected to feature Level-2 ADAS. This implies that the new vehicle will be equipped with advanced active and passive safety features, which will ensure comprehensive safety. Creta was the pioneer in its segment to offer 6 airbags as standard. Importantly, all the safety features present in the old version will be retained in the facelift as well.
