SA Scorpions Squad: SA Scorpions have released a squad list of 13 players for their consecutive home WNCL matches against Victoria (Scorpions vs Victoria), which will be revealed on the basis of the match at the Adelaide Oval on Monday. With the top two currently qualifying for the decider, placed fourth in the standings, the Scorpions will have to win both bouts if they are to catch the likes of Queensland and Tasmania and ensure a third successive Grand Final appearance if they will have to win the match only then they will have a place in the final.
After being forced to settle for a win and loss in Queensland earlier this month, Eleanor LaRosa still continues to look for a South Australian debut due to strong performances at Premier Cricket and Under-19 representative levels.
The current WNCL Player of the Tournament Courtney Webb saw good pardarson for South Australia with a top score of 289 runs and 96*, while captain Gemma Barsby and leg-spinner Amanda-Jade Wellington were able to finish with 14 wickets each.
