BMW recently unveiled the new design and interior features from its 2025 BMW 4 Series, which showcases a number of new updates and enhancements that promise to improve the driving experience. Changes in the interior of the 2025 BMW 4 Series
The new 4 Series features a refreshed interior with a focus on both comfort and style inside the cabin. There are some changes to the steering wheel design which buyers can choose from as an optional feature for the 430i and a flat-bottom as standard for the M440i. You can opt for an M-branded steering wheel.
This steering wheel is not only comfortable to hold but also features illuminated multifunctional buttons and gearshift paddles for a seamless blend of functionality and style. The iDrive OS has also been upgraded to enhance the overall user experience of the infotainment system. The series retains the dual-screen infotainment and instrumentation displays measuring 14.9-inch and 12.3-inch. BMW has already announced Android-based operating system 9 which can be implemented across the range in this series.
2025 BMW 4 Series Features Improvements
As soon as any car is launched, the first thing that gets attention is what new features have been included. That remains the visual appeal of the revised 2025 4-Series. A redesigned grille takes center stage, along with slim LED headlights that bring a touch of modernity to the coupe and convertible variants. Due to its high light beam, it gives good focus even in darkness.
The rear profile gets a three-dimensional boost with the introduction of “laserlight” tail lamps, which are exclusive to the M440i variant. The shape of the tail lights remains familiar, but the new lighting technology continues to add a dynamic and futuristic element to the overall design. There are also improvements to the sleek alloy wheels that further enhance the series.
Changes in the Exterior and Colors of 2025 BMW 4 Series?
The exterior design of the BMW 4 Series has been improved. BMW has informed that the update is going to help a lot in making the 4 Series stand out. The M440i model features a new BMW kidney grille with high gloss black surround, horizontally arranged bars and M logo.
The headlights have also been improved, featuring thinner LEDs along the sides of the grille, and upgraded with low and high beam lighting generated from an LED module. A pair of arrow-shaped LED units house the side marker lights, DRL and turn signals in this series. M440i models get trapezoidal tailpipe trim, also offered in high-gloss dark as standard, and a carbon fiber rear lip spoiler.
BMW has added two new colors to the 2025 4 Series – York Green Metallic and Vegas Red Metallic. And buyers can choose from two solid and eight metallic finishes. There are two new 19-inch wheel designs available for this new series, which include There’s a refreshed Y-spoke design on the M440i models in jet black or bi-color finish. The second new alloy wheel option is available in bi-colour or midnight grey.
2025 BMW 4 Series Specifications
BMW does not disappoint its customers, although this upgrade may not make much of a difference in top-end power, BMW continues to improve fuel efficiency. The Series 430i and M440i models are now equipped with a 48-volt hybrid assist system.
The M440i, powered by a turbocharged 3-liter inline-six engine, benefits from a hybrid system, delivering an impressive 11 horsepower more than its non-hybrid predecessor. BMW aims to improve its handling as well as power in its vehicles. And efficiency improves with new technology.
There are two powertrains in the new 4 Series Coupe lineup, except for the more powerful M4 Coupe, which we review separately. The base 430i model engine is a four-cylinder making 255 hp and 295 lb-ft – enough to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 5.5 seconds on the base car.
The M440i model gets a new version of the B58 3.0-litre inline six-cylinder engine with mild-hybrid assist, which provides an additional 11 hp of boost to the turbocharged engine.
2025 BMW 4 Series Price In India
In this new series of BMW, there has been a slight increase in the price compared to the old models. The base model 430i has a starting MSRP of $50,700, while the 430i xDrive coupe will cost $52,700. And the M440i model is priced at $64,250 and the xDrive model is priced at $66,250. These prices do not include the $995 destination and handling charge.
