Ankit Baiyanpuria Born
Ankit Baiyanpuria’s real name is Ankit Singh, Ankit Baiyanpuriya was born on August 31, 1993 in Bayanpur village, Sonipat, Haryana. Ankit studied at Government High School, Bayanpur Laharara in his village for primary education till 10th standard. Subsequently, he studied Arts stream at Government Senior Secondary School, Model Town, Sonipat from 2013 to 2015 for his 11th and 12th class. He has completed his graduation from Maharishi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak.
Ankit Baiyanpuria Life Struggle Story
Born in a poor middle class family of Sonipat in the state of Haryana, Ankit Baiyanpuria started his wrestling journey in his childhood at the age of 13. He has been very disciplined regarding exercise, workout and fitness since childhood. Ankit had no interest in fitness in his childhood, but he used to go with his father to watch wrestling in the village. Ankit’s father was very fond of wrestling, so he used to take Ankit with him. Ankit’s life’s fitness journey began with him learning wrestling for his father, due to his father being a wrestler.
Ankit’s father is a farmer and his mother is a housewife, who along with doing household work also used to go to the fields. Ankit himself started working as a daily wage laborer in different types of work from a young age. He even worked for some time as a helper at construction sites and doing various other small jobs.
Ankit, in 2017, started a YouTube channel named ‘Haryanvi Khagad’, where he used to upload wrestling videos as well as comedy sketches, but after not getting any results, he stopped making videos after a year. Then in 2021, he changed the name of the channel to ‘Ankit Baiyanpuria’ and used to share his workouts and exercises.
Ankit Baiyanpuriya had to face injuries several times during wrestling matches. In 2018, there was a wrestling match in Himachal Pradesh during which he suffered an injury in his lower back. Due to which he was given bed rest by the doctor for a few months. After recovering from that injury, Ankit started strengthening his stamina by doing regular wrestling exercises. After a few days, Ankit played a match at the university level, in which he won a silver medal.
He then started participating in wrestling competitions in nearby villages, during which in April 2022, he suffered an injury to the rotavator of his shoulder. Due to which Ankit had to go back on bed rest. Due to which he had to take bed rest for 3 months. During this period his weight increased from 86 kg to 95 kg.

Due to injury, Ankit started staying away from heavy work. Then he started working as a laborer to meet his expenses by doing the work of making sweets in the village itself. After that Ankit started working as a Zomato delivery boy in Sonipat. Along with that, Ankit started 75 Hard Challenge and also used to work in Zomato during the day. In the initial days of this challenge, Ankit did delivery work, then when he started getting support from the audience on social media, Ankit left his job and started focusing on fitness.
Ankit Baiyanpuria 75 Hard Challenge
One day Ankit Baiyanpuria was searching about fitness while sitting at home, when he came across a mental fitness as well as body fitness plan created by American entrepreneur and author Andy Frisella. Then Ankit, after reading the complete information about this challenge, practiced for a few days, the videos of which were not uploaded on social media.
After that Ankit Baiyanpuria started 75 Hard Challenge on 28 June 2023. There are some conditions of this challenge which have to be followed in the daily routine. It involves five daily tasks including taking a selfie after a daily exercise routine, following a regular diet, abstaining from alcohol and fast food, consuming (4 litres) of water, writing a non-fiction, usually self-help Or reading 10 pages of an educational book.
Along with this, joining two exercise programs lasting 45 minutes each day, i.e. morning and evening exercise, in which one time outdoor and one time indoor exercise have to be done. If any of these tasks are missed, the participants have to start from the first day.
Ankit Baiyanpuria started the 75 Hard Challenge, along with making a video of both the daily exercises, he started uploading it on his social media. After some time, Ankit’s videos started going viral, at that time Ankit had 10 thousand followers on Instagram.
When Ankit’s videos went viral, there was a wave of Ankit’s fame on social media. Ankit used to read books from Hindu scriptures like Bhagavad Geeta and Shiv Purana in his workout videos. Due to which the fans got a lot of motivation. Ankit, during his 75 Hard Challenge, was also practicing celibacy which is a Hindu form of yoga where one abstains from intercourse or sexual relations.
Ankit says that reading books of Hindu scriptures like Bhagavad Geeta and Shiv Purana increases self-confidence and mental strength. Which is very important in keeping a person’s mind stable and his mind calm.
Ankit Baiyanpuria becomes Part of Cleanliness Campaign with PM Narendra Modi
Ankit Baiyanpuria has become the heartthrob of many people during his hard challenge. Who created a stir on social media for his double ’75-day tough challenge’ by uploading a video every day showing his desi workout not only for 75 consecutive days but also for 150 days. Ankit participated in the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ cleanliness campaign of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi, due to which he became very famous among the people. Ankit is a resident of Bayanpur in Sonipat district, who created a social media profile in the name of Ankit Baiyanpuria.
PM Modi shared a video of himself on social media and wrote, ‘Today, when the country is focusing on cleanliness, Ankit Baiyanpuria and I also did the same! Beyond just cleanliness, we have also included fitness and well-being. It’s all about the spirit of clean and healthy India! “It was seen in the video that Modi was seen giving suggestions to Ankit regarding body fitness and mental fitness along with taking care of cleanliness.
Ankit Baiyanpuria Healthy Diet
Ankit Baiyanpuriya describes himself as a pure vegetarian, but in the initial days he used to eat eggs occasionally, because due to injury he had to eat eggs during bed rest. Ankit told that he will not consume eggs and meat even once till September 2023. Ankit eats 2 to 4 figs, 10 to 15 makhana lava, 10 to 12 cashews and 4 walnuts for breakfast and after workout. Soak all these ingredients before sleeping at night, rub them in the morning and eat after workout. Ankit also adds banana, dry fruits and apple before workout. After that let’s start the workout.
After workout, Ankit drinks Badam Ragda in which special types of almonds (Sonagiri and Gurbandi Giri) are mixed. It also includes watermelon seeds, fennel, black pepper, poppy seeds and rose petals. Which maintains coolness in the body.
Ankit likes homemade chutney very much and includes Kachari chutney in his food. Apart from this, he also includes a small bowl of desi ghee in his meal.
Ankit drinks one kilogram of curd daily, and one kilogram of milk after dinner and before sleeping. After evening workout, he consumes 10 gram scoop of whey protein before dinner. Throughout the day he eats around 5-6 rotis along with 2-3 bowls of vegetables and two servings of salad.

Ankit Baiyanpuria Daily Routine
Ankit sleeps late at night because due to his busy work during the day, his evening workout gets delayed and then he has dinner after the workout. But getting up at 5 in the morning is his regular routine. Ankit takes bath daily in cold water or in the village canal.
